While she loves everything about real estate, her favorite part is being an advocate for her clients. Whether working with buyers or sellers, she uses her strong negotiation skills, combined with thorough knowledge of the current market, to help them achieve the best possible outcome. She also makes it a point to be there for them and to return calls promptly when a client has a question or a concern. 


Ann-Marie enjoys marketing her listings and working with move-up buyers and sellers, but does have a soft spot for first time home buyers. Having been a home buyer herself several times, she understands the fears and uncertainty that buyers experience. Thus, she takes special care to make sure that her clients know what to expect at each step in the home buying process. She believes that clear communication relieves much of the anxiety that we all experience when embarking on a new adventure.

This extra measure of care has caused her to reach an enviable status in her real estate career – that of working primarily with individuals who have been referred to her by satisfied clients. Because so much of her business comes through referrals, she works in all areas of the Dallas Metroplex, with an emphasis on Dallas, Flower Mound, and Frisco.


Ann-Marie understands the stress of moving… 


Buying or selling a home and moving is exciting – and at the same time, stressful. Ann-Marie understands what her clients are experiencing, having moved no less than a dozen times, with several of those moves taking place after she was a Mom with young children. She's always happy to share tips and tricks she's learned to make the move easier. Ann-Marie had just finished her 3rd year at of college, working toward a degree in Psychology, when her husband's job took them to England for 3 years. Those courses in psychology have no doubt enhanced her ability to understand what her clients need from her, and to negotiate on their behalf.


An emphasis on education…


Now her studies are geared toward providing the best possible service to real estate clients. She has earned the SRS – Seller's Representative Specialist; ABR – Accredited Buyer's Representative; and the CNHS – Certified New Home Specialist designations and will soon have the GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute designation. 


One reason the Pope family moved to Dallas was for the impressive selection of private, parochial and public schools. After researching and learning what each school has to offer, the family chose three different schools to best suit the needs and interests of their three children. She's always happy to share; her knowledge of schools has been an asset to many families just moving into the area. 


Down time is family time…


When not working, she enjoys gardening, baking, traveling, and learning new cultures. Basketball is her favorite sport, and she formerly coached a boys' team. Now she enjoys being part of the cheering section at her boys' basketball and soccer games. As might be expected, she's also involved with activities at the three schools, as well as with functions at St. Monica Catholic Church. 


The family shares their home with Sadie, a "very spoiled" young Golden Doodle, and Bella, an extremely loyal Miniature Schnauzer who came to them as a rescue several years ago.
